Who moved where? Your favourite people stories in 2018

It's been a year of big change in Nordic asset management. As 2018 comes to a close, we look back at the stories that really grabbed our readers' attention -- and find that the top 10 articles were all about the industry's movers and shakers.

Pelle Pedersen was the person that most people wanted to read about in 2018. When he quit PKA, you clicked the article thousands of times.

No doubt about it, the asset management and investment industry is first and foremost about people. And looking at readers' reactions to the hundreds of articles written over the past year, it is their interest in people stories that has been the most overwhelming.

Pelle Pedersen can pride himself on being the person most AMWatch readers wanted to learn more about when he quit his job at PKA in June this year. Pedersen left PKA despite his job being very prestigious and the pension fund being a good public platform for him and his message on sustainability and impact investing. He decided to leave the safe haven of PKA in favour of the far less secure world of being his own boss.
