Fintech company expands, backed by Scandinavia’s largest bank

With a fresh investment from one of Europe’s largest banks, Danish fintech company Subaio is preparing for expansion in the Nordics – backed by its new co-owner.

Danish fintech company Subaio, whose circle of owners includes two major banks, is preparing for a quick Nordic expansion after signing an investment deal with Nordea, the largest bank in Scandinavia.

“Now, we are to take our solution to other countries and the money from Nordea’s entry helps us,” Subaio co-founder, Thorleif A. Hallund, tells ITWatch.
