Global Evolution CEO: Here's why our inflow is so high

Assets have been ballooning at emerging market and frontier boutique investment manager Global Evolution in the last few years -- and 2018 is no exception.

Some EUR 2.3 billion of new capital has flowed into Danish emerging and frontier market investment boutique Global Evolution between the end of 2017 and the end of May this year.

The firm's assets under management (AUM) have rocketed to a lofty USD 9.5 billion (EUR 8.1 billion) from USD 6.8 billion (EUR 5.8 billion) since the end of last year. According to an article from London-based financial news service Citywire, based on Morningstar figures, Global Evolution is estimated to have seen inflows of around EUR 665 million in the year to the end of April, but the actual figure is around EUR 1.7 billion higher than this, the asset manager says.
