Asset manager Formuepleje's head of clients shares what she has learned by leading from a distance during the covid-19 pandemic.

Helle Snedker was already used to having employees working from a distance, when the covid-19 pandemic caused people to relocate to their home offices.

She had tried this in previous jobs, and at Formuepleje, where she is partner and head of clients, she has employees in many of the largest Danish cities. All in all, 20 employees at the Danish asset manager report to her directly.
