Velliv hires yet another investment manager from Danske

Danish pension fund Velliv keeps stocking up its investment division with hires from Danske Bank Asset Management.

After thirteen years at Danske Bank, Chief Portfolio Manager Thor Schultz Christensen moves to Danish pension fund Velliv, where he will be part of the investment team.

"On the 1st of November, I join the investment department in Velliv. I look forward to becoming reunited with a number of highly appreciated former colleagues and to meeting all my new colleagues. Thank you, Anders Stensbøl Christiansen, for giving me the opportunity to become a member of this great team," Schultz Christensen writes on Linkedin.

Nasdaq reports record year in Europe

In 2021, the number of new equity listings on the Nasdaq exchange in Copenhagen broke the old record set in 2007, and in Stockholm, the exchange recorded its highest-ever number of new listings. Nasdaq also had increasing trading volumes last year.
