Danish securities platform gets new CEO

VP Securities appoints new CEO after being acquired by international company.

Central securities depository (CSD) company VP Securities will have a new chief executive, writes Danish business media Børsen Pro, citing a press release.

The company was previously owned by the Danish central bank and several commercial financial groups but was recently acquired by Euronext, an owner of stock exchanges in several European countries, among other things.
