Foundation ramps up investment team with triple hiring

Danish charitable foundation Realdania will be adding three new recruitments to its investment team.

From August, the investment team of the large Danish charitable foundation Realdania will include three new names – Poul B. Søvang, Jens Karkov Nørgaard and Rikke Jørgensen.

As described earlier by AMWatch, Poul B. Søvang will become new head of private equity. He had a similar role at his former job at Lægernes Pension & Bank. In addition, Jens Karkov Nørgaard – formerly investment director at Lundbeckfonden – takes up a role as investment manager at Realdania working across illiquid asset classes. Rikke Jørgensen will work as an analyst on ESG and quant developments, according to a statement on Linkedin by Realdania's CIO, Kenneth Lillelund Winther.
