Real estate has intrigued Danica Chief Portfolio Manager since he was a child

Jakob Kær Nielsen is responsible of Danica's international real estate portfolio and does not recall a specific moment that determined his career path. However, real estate has been intriguing to him since he was just a kid. He joined Danica in June from Patrizia.

Which career path did you envision for yourself when you were younger?

"I suppose my father has influenced my career path and my interest in real estate. He's a carpenter and when I was younger, I used to assist him at various building sites – construction and development of properties always came naturally to me."
