Internal candidate appointed DNB's next CFO

Norwegian financial group DNB has appointed Ottar Ertzeid as its new CFO. Ertzeid replaces Kjerstin Braathen, who has been appointed new CEO of DNB from September 1. Ertzeid shifts from his role as Head of DNB Markets, which he has held for nearly 18 years. He is also a board member in Oslo Børs, the Norwegian Investor Compensation Scheme, and Dextra Artes. Alexander Opstad will take over Ertzeid's position as Head of DNB Markets. Opstad is currently Head of Equities at DNB Markets.
