TPI wants more non-European participants, says director

More non-European institutional investors should join the Transition Initiative Platform (TPI), according to the platform’s new director Nadine Viel Lamare.

Viel Lamare, who was appointed as TPI’s first director this month, took up the role after departing from the Swedish buffer fund AP1 in November where she worked since 1992.

At AP1, Viel Lamare held several positions including those of head of performance measurement, head of corporate communications and SRI, and head of sustainable value creation. In addition to acting as the director of TPI, she is now also establishing a business of her own focusing pensions and sustainability.
