When Peter Sandahl was young, he wanted to become a geologist because he loved nature and the environment. His new job as head of sustainability at Nordea Life & Pensions in Sweden has moved him a little bit closer to his passion.

Before becoming head of sustainability at Nordea Life & Pensions, Peter Sandahl had various roles -- both leading and generalist. But alongside this work, he continued to pursue his life-long passion for nature by mountaineering in his spare time.

And it was in the mountains that he realized how climate change was changing everything -- at an increasingly alarming pace.
