Kirk Kapital waves farewell to CFO

A new investment strategy put in place in the late fall of 2018 at Kirk Kapital has led to the family-owned investment firm parting company with its CFO.

CEO at Kirk Kapital, Kim Gulstad, is the only member of the management going forward.

Søren Lindgaard, the now former CFO at Kirk Capital, said goodbye to his employer at the end of 2018 as per mutual agreement.

"In the wake of the changed investment strategy that we have implemented, Søren's operational skills are not as needed as they were beforehand. Together we have reached an agreement, and now it makes sense that Søren looks for challenges outside of Kirk Kapital," the firm's CEO Kim Gulstad writes in an email to AMWatch.
