Capital Four founding partner sheds portfolio manager role

Danish direct-lending boutique Capital Four is reshuffling staff at the portfolio manager level. A replacement has already been found for the high-profile founding partner.

Henrik Østergaard, founding partner at credit asset management boutique Capital Four, is leaving his role as portfolio manager and will therefore no longer be an executive director in any of the companies under the Capital Four umbrella.

"Henrik Østergaard, one of the founding partners and the five portfolio managers of Capital Four, has decided to step down from his role as portfolio manager to focus on his role as a member of the security selection committee," Capital Four tells AMWatch in a written statement.
