RE investor poaches new head of AM and boosts organization

NCAP has hired a director of Barings Real Estate as its new head of AM, an appointment which will allow the firm to "grow and improve AM services", says its founding partner.

Nordic Capital & Investment Partners (NCAP) has taken on Lars Røgeberg as its new head of asset management. He will be based in the firm's Copenhagen office, according to an NCAP press release.

Røgeberg comes with more than 12 years of real estate experience in the Nordics and the UK. Prior to joining NCAP, he was a director at Barings Real Estate based in London, the company writes.
