PBU drops performance fees for external managers

PBU has informed its external managers investing in listed assets that the Danish pension fund will no longer be paying performance fees, CEO Sune Schackenfeldt tells AMWatch.

PBU has historically rewarded some of its external managers with performance fees – but those days are over.

The pension fund, which offers occupational pension schemes to 121,000 early childhood teachers, has informed its external managers investing in listed assets that they will no longer receive performance fees.
