Sampension buys minority stake in Danish ferry group

Danish pension firm Sampension becomes a minority interest owner in ferry operator Molslinjen, sold in December to private equity firm EQT Infrastructure, which elects a new board of directors.

Private equity firm EQT Infrastructure's has now formally acquired Danish ferry company Molslinjen from its former owner Polaris, another PE firm.

Furthermore, Denmark's third-largest pension company, Sampension, now buys a minority stake in Molslinjen for a triple-digit sum in DKK millions following the ferry company's sale to private equity firm EQT Infrastructure in December of 2020.
