Busy Danica Real Estate CEO: "We probably won't have four projects this big again"

Four major development projects is quite enough for Danica Real Estate, CEO Michael Nielsen tells AMWatch's sister media EjendomsWatch, forecasting an increase in acquisitions and a decrease in development for the pension investor.

Danica Ejendomme (Danica Real Estate) has never been engaged in development projects as large as right now.

The development of Papirøen in Copenhagen, Sluseholmen, the wildly expensive apartments at Tuborg Strandeng in Hellerup with price spreads of DKK 15.5-58.5 million (EUR 2.08-7.85 million) and the new district Postbyen, very close to Copenhagen Central Station, take up a lot of time for the Danske Bank-owned pension investor.
