Triple fund investments bring Alecta closer to alternatives target

Over the past six months, Swedish pension provider Alecta has invested EUR 629 million in infrastructure, bringing the company closer to allocating 20 percent of its assets in alternatives.

Swedish pension giant Alecta has increased its alternative investments over the past seven months by placing EUR 620 million in three infrastructure funds.

The investments bring the EUR 90 million pension provider closer to its goal of having 20 percent of its total assets in alternative assets within a five-year period.
