New CEO of ATP Ejendomme seeks to grow RE portfolio; targeting EUR 8bn milestone through increased focus on projects

Martin Vang Hansen is new CEO of ATP Ejendomme, and Denmark's largest real estate investor is about to make several changes to its organization. The aim is to sharpen the company's focus on the essential art of trading because basically, everything is for sale, he and CIO Kenneth Olsson claim in an interview with AMWatch's sister site EjendomsWatch.

COPENHAGEN – A broader structure to assign more responsibility to individual divisions.

This is the goal that ATP Ejendomme is working to achieve, and the company has already taken several initiatives on that account since Martin Vang Hansen took the wheel at the real estate investment unit of Denmark's largest public pension fund ATP about a year ago, the CEO explains in an interview with EjendomsWatch, which takes place on ATP's premises, overlooking the King's Garden in the heart of Copenhagen.
