Norwegian pension fund acquires major property in Copenhagen

Norwegian KLP purchases head office property, which is home to corporate tenants Simcorp and VP Securities, in Copenhagen. Adjacent property, housing Deloitte's Danish headquarters, is still for sale. CEO explains future acquisition plans to AMWatch's sister site EjendomsWatch.

Norwegian pension fund KLP purchases a head office property that is home to several companies, including IT company Simcorp, in Copenhagen's Amager district at EUR 145m, KLP announces.

The property in Weidekampsgade is located close to Deloitte's building, which is also for sale but not part of the transaction as originally published by EjendomsWatch on Wednesday morning.
