Danish pension funds PFA and Industriens Pension purchase 80 cooperative residential units

A residential cooperative in Jutland has sold its property to a Danish residential property fund managed by Thylander Gruppen on behalf of two pension companies.

A residential property fund managed by Thylander Gruppen and owned by pension companies PFA and Industriens Pension has purchased a property in Jutland containing 80 residential units and five small leased commercial units, writes real estate services organization Colliers in a press release.

The property covers a total of 5,661 sq m and the selling party, residential cooperative Solgården, is pleased with the transaction, which saw several interested potential buyers, René Neesgaard, who is Director and Partner at the local Colliers division, says in the statement.
