Director has tripled PFA's real estate investments

In six years, PFA's Director of real estate has increased the pension fund's exposure to real estate from EUR 2.7bn to EUR 9bn. This month, in an early celebration of his 60th birthday, he has purchased yet another spectacular property: the concert and exhibition hall Forum in Copenhagen.

When in 2014, Michael Bruhn joined PFA as Director of the fund's real estate arm, his new colleagues quickly noticed that the newcomer was energetic and a true number cruncher.

They also realized that the headhunter's choice was passionate about cars, especially exclusive Italian cars. The new Director of real estate owned a Ferrari and a Maserati.
