Evli to split and list asset management business

Finland's second-largest asset manager will be separated from its banking business and listed.

Finland's Evli will split its business in two and cut the small banking services unit from the asset management arm, which will remain listed as an independent asset management company.

The banking services department will merge with Nordic crowdfunding platform Fellow Finance and become Fellow Bank.
