Nykredit AM snatches new CEO from AP Pension

Nykredit has found a new CEO to replace Morten Therkildsen, who announced his resignation last week. (To be updated)

Last week, the CEO of Nykredit Asset Management, Morten Therkildsen, quit his job to go sailing the world with his family. Now, Nykredit has found his replacement, Ralf Magnussen, who has been CIO at Danish pension fund AP Pension since 2015.

"I am delighted that we can now welcome Ralf Magnussen to the team. Ralf has for many years shown that he is a skilled leader who can create good results and ensure attractive returns for customers. I want to say a big thank you to Morten Therkildsen, who has been important in relation to developing Nykredit Asset Management to what it is today - and then I will look forward to continuing our very positive development with Ralf," says Peter Kjærgaard, CEO at Nykredit Wealth Management in a press release.
