Big in and outflows behind Nykredit WM's double-digit increase in net sales

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Last year, Nykredit Wealth Management did both when it comes to mandates from institutional investors. In terms of the retail segment, head of WM Peter Kjærgaard calls it a special year – with positive net inflows.

Nykredit Wealth Management saw a net inflow of DKK 30.7bn (EUR 4.13bn) in 2020, increasing AUM by 10.7 percent to DKK 371.7bn. These impressive net inflow results from both in and outflows, says head of Wealth Management Peter Kjærgaard, who is quite satisfied with the year 2020.

"After the challenges in the spring, we landed a good result, both due to impressive net sales and a market rebound. All in all, we are quite satisfied. But it has been an intense year," Kjærgaard tells AMWatch.
