Danish AMs join forces

Secure and Spektrum will be merging on Jan. 1, 2021 to form Secure Spektrum.

Danish asset management firms Secure and Spektrum have opted to join forces, according to a press announcement issued by the companies.

Up until now, Secure has mostly dealt with wealthy private individuals, whereas Spektrum has mainly advised institutional investors. As per Jan. 1, the two companies will be merging to form Secure Spektrum, which will have 600 clients under its wing and hold more than DKK 42bn (EUR 6.5bn) in assets under management.
