Nordnet aims high with sustainable and renewable funds

For a long time, Nordnet's customers have leaned towards its technology funds, but in October, the majority of purchases was in renewable energy: "We offer funds in all shapes and sizes and our ambition is to have the best selection of sustainable and renewable funds," Bjørn Erik Sættem says.

"We think the growth in renewable energy and the interest in renewable funds is long-term. This is a mega trend that can't be overlooked," Nordnet's economist Bjørn Erik Sættem tells AMWatch' sister media FinansWatch Norge.

According to October statistics, Nordnet customers purchased equity funds, fixed income funds and mix worth NOK 275m (EUR 36.9m) last month.
