Capman plans Nordic property acquisitions for half a billion euros

Finnish asset manager Capman reports high interest in a new real estate fund targeting the Nordics and meant to reach a record size.

Finnish asset manager Capman is planning a large-scale offensive on the Nordic real estate market.

The company is, at any rate, working on a new fund targeting the Nordic region, dubbed Nordic Real Estate III.
