FSA fines hedge fund for delayed reporting on short selling

The Norwegian FSA doles out a NOK 20,000 fine because asset manager Sissener delayed its reporting on short positions to the authority. This was due to extraordinary circumstances, according to the company founder Jan Petter Sissener.
