Storebrand grows in Sweden

Storebrand's Swedish business SPP is the fastest growing provider of civil servant's pension, which pleases the company's group CEO.

SPP contributed NOK 6.7bn in new customer funds to the Storebrand group in the second quarter.

"We are very pleased with the development in Sweden. The business there is characterized by the transition from guaranteed to non-guaranteed and unit-linked products which has been faster than expected. That also gives us an indication of what we can expect in Norway," says group CEO of Storebrand, Odd Arild Grefstad, to FinansWatch Norway.
