Norwegian quant robot crowdfunded EUR 485,000 from 180 investors

Norwegian fintech company NorQuant plans to launch three equity funds in 2020.

After a crowdfunding campaign on Dealflow in recent weeks, Norwegian fintech company Norquant has raised EUR 485,000(NOK 5.3 million) in new funding. The goal was EUR 370,000, but NorQuant now allows up to EUR 555,000, according to newssite Shifter.no.

"We have done our best, with some good help from Dealflow, to explain how NorQuant works and what are our prospects and we have actively contacted potential investors," says co-founder Thomas Nygaard to Shifter.no.
