Norway's largest private equity firm, Hitecvision, gives up on divesting its companies within oil service following oil price drop and investors focusing on green investments, instead joining them in a new major group to be headquartered in Stavanger.

Norwegian private equity firm Hitecvision drops all sales of its oil service companies and instead establishes a new major group to gather all investments.

The new group will be named Moreld and have its headquarters in Stavanger, write several Norwegian media.
