Söderberg & Partners takes minority stake in Swedish AM company

An acquisition of 49 percent of JRS Asset Management means Söderberg & Partners will get additional skills and experience in wealth management. However, JRS will continue to operate under its own brand.

Swedish consultancy and financial group Söderberg & Partners has acquired 49 percent of JRS Asset Management AB.

After taking a minority stake in the asset management company, Söderberg & Partners will get additional skills and experience in the wealth management area. But JRS Asset Management will continue to operate under its existing brand and conditions, according to a joint press release.
