Danish private equity firm acquires repair service company

Polaris has acquired the majority holding in damage control service provider SSG, which offers repair services to customers such as insurance companies.

Private equity firm Polaris has purchased majority holding of Danish company SSG Group, which is the largest repair service company in the Nordics, employing 900 people across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

The selling party is Danish investment company BWB Partners. According to a press release, the parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.
