Blackstone continues Nordic acquisition spree and turns to Sweden

In just a few years, American investor Blackstone has built a significant portfolio in Denmark and the company continues its real estate acquisition spree with an investment totaling close to EUR 60m from Swedish investor.

American investor Blackstone's attempt to acquire Copenhagen real estate worth nearly EUR 134m made it a well-known market player in Denmark and now the company has its eyes on Scandinavia once again, this time with a purchase of seven Swedish properties from Swedish real estate company Klövern.

The total transaction price amounts to EUR 58.4m, Klövern announced in a press release on Friday.
