Nordea's new CEO prepares to cut costs to boost shareholder value

Nordea has not delivered a reasonable value increase to shareholders in recent years and now is the time to change that, says new Group CEO Frank Vagn-Jensen.

Nordea's costs and revenues have come out of balance in recent years, said Nordea's new CEO Frank Vang-Jensen at a presentation in Helsinki on Thursday when he was appointed new Group CEO of the major Nordic bank.

Moreover, shareholders have not seen a reasonable value increase on their investments in Nordea.
