Aberdeen Standard acquires Danish logistics real estate on behalf of Scottish investor

We have completed a major transaction totaling millions of dollars, Head of Transaction says to EjendomsWatch. The Scottish buyer and several other Aberdeen mandates and funds chase additional Danish investments.

Scottish asset manager Aberdeen Standard Investments' mandates and funds continue to have an appetite for Danish real estate investments, the asset management company says to EjendomsWatch. The company has just acquired a logistics project of 8,000 sqm in Copenhagen suburb Høje Taastrup totaling EUR 12.4m on behalf of a Scottish mandate.

The property is located in Høje Taastrup Transport Center (HTTC) and is fully leased to the Danish pharmaceuticals distributor Tjellesen Max Jenne.
