Catella invests EUR 117m in hundreds of apartments

Swedish Catella's Berlin-based subsidiary invests EUR 117m in nearly 300 apartments in Denmark, the Netherlands and Germany for a German pension fund. The biggest investment is in the Danish provincial city of Aarhus.

Catella Residential Investment Management (Catella) has purchased about 300 apartments worth EUR 117m.

A total of three transactions constitute the acquisitions of real estate projects located in the Danish city of Aarhus, Tilburg in the Netherlands, and the Hafencity district of Hamburg in Germany.
