Nordicom updates its strategy and expects a profit of EUR 13.4 million

Asset manager Park Street Nordicom has presented an updated strategy, expectations for 2019 and estimated financial performance for 2018.

The company plans to build a real estate portfolio driven by technology, design, value enhancement and responsible ownership, it says in a presentation of the strategy. In addition, Park Street will also focus on developing scalable strategies and effective management of assets.
