Ten property investors account for nearly half of all Danish deals

The nationalities of the two biggest investors in Danish property this year are Swedish and American, according to a Cushman & Wakefield Red study. So far in 2018, real estate deals in the Nordic country total DKK 51.5 million (EUR 7 billion).

Foreign investors' appetite for real estate in Denmark has apparently continued unabated so far in 2018.

A top ten ranking of property transactions compiled by Cushman & Wakefield Red shows that ten investors accounted for nearly 50 percent of all transactions in the first nine months of 2018.
