Oslo-based broker sees growth opportunity in Denmark and Sweden

ABG Sundal Collier plans to become stronger in Denmark and Sweden and hires more staff.

Nordic investment bank ABG Sundal Collier is hiring more staff within corporate finance as it seeks to become as strong in Sweden and Demark as it is in its Norwegian home market, Jonas Ström, head of investment banking in Sweden, tells Bloomberg News. Next year he will take over as group CEO.

"We see lots of growth opportunities within corporate finance, i.e. advice to businesses, capital procurement and M&A," Ström says in an interview.
