Pension funds to invest billions in aircraft lease firm - report

Aircraft leasing company Nordic Aviation Capital is on track to be bought up by a joint venture headed by two Danish pension funds, according to a news report

A joint venture led by Danish pension funds ATP and PKA wants to buy Nordic Aviation Capital, which leases aircrafts, for up to DKK 20 billion (EUR 2.7 billion), according business news service Berlingske Business.

"There are other pension funds involved, and the transaction will most likely be completed during summer," an anonymous source tells Berlingske.
