OW Bunker's second-in-command: Group management opposed IPO

Senior managers at OW Bunker were worn down after failed efforts to sell the group in 2013 -- and were, according to former CFO Morten Skou, against an IPO.

Equity fund Altor and OW Bunker's group management were deeply divided about the decision to take the bunker company public, according to Morten Skou, OW Bunker’s former CFO.

Skou made the revelation to the Danish Attorney General's Office for fraud and financial crimes in testimony presented Thursday in the criminal trial against former OW Bunker executive Lars Møller.
