Independent asset managers share strategy boat with clients

Local focus -- or global? Active or passive? How many asset classes? These are just a few of the questions wealth managers have to ask themselves when putting their investment strategy together. AMWatch shines a spotlight on four independent investors and their unique approaches.

According to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, there are as many as 39 investment service companies in Denmark that are independent of banks -- and the same number of associated investment strategies.

AMWatch visited a range of these firms to find out how each one has its own particular way of investing money on behalf of clients, including private individuals, foundations and companies.
