Watchdog scrutinized former Danske Capital CEO's integrity: "Not a great feeling"

The former Danske Capital executive thinks he has acted responsibly, and he is pleased that the Danish FSA has reached the same conclusion. He did however worry about the fit & proper scrutiny, he tells AMWatch's sister media FinansWatch.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) recently completed a fit & proper assessment of the PFA Non Executive Director Niels-Ulrik Mousten, who was conclusively deemed suitable to sit on finance firm boards.

On Tuesday, the FSA announced the outcome of its assessment of his integrity as suitability for holding board positions in financial companies on the background of "the individual's former behavior as board member in an insurance company."
