Danish philanthropic foundation seeks equity manager for impact investing mandate

Realdania, a Danish philanthropic organization, is searching for a global equity manager qualified to make impact investments in listed markets. The equity mandate is expected to consist of EUR 23-46 million.

Danish philanthropic organization Realdania is seeking an asset manager for a EUR 23-46 million global equity impact mandate. The asset manager search has been initiated on the platform Global Fund search, and the mandate is expected to generate long-term returns similar to the MSCI World Index, as well as support Realdania's philanthropic mission.

The Realdania fortune originally came from the sale of the Danish covered bond bank Realkredit Danmark to Danske Bank in 2000. Today, it has six philanthropic goals which reflect global and national challenges and is a strong supporter of sustainable goals in the areas of construction and urbanization.
