Danish pension fund duo co-invest in American wind farm

PKA and Pensam have made a million dollar co-investment in a new Texan wind farm. Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas will supply wind turbines.

Two Danish pension funds PKA and Pensam have joined hands to make a million dollar investment through their shared investment partner AIP in a Texas-based wind farm named El Campo of 267 megawatt (MW).

Danish wind farm manufacturer Vestas will supply 67 turbines to the farm which has been developed by American Longroad Energy. Altogether, investments in the wind farm total more than EUR 320m, the two Danish pension funds write in a press release.
